Understanding there is a growing interest of foundations in Europe to evaluate the intended impact of their projects and programs, King Baudouin Foundation (KBF) began to develop this report to presente a more systematic approach and methodology for the evaluation of those projects. This is the fourth edition of this Evaluation Guide and itbuilds heavily on the prior versions from 2010, 2009 and 2008.
