The Philanthropic Initiative for Racial Equity (PRE) was formed in 2003 with a board of racial justice advocates and a goal to help philanthropy advance racial equity. Its founder and ED, Lori Villarosa, speaks about how her organization work over the past two decades and how funders can best respond to the coronavirus, facing the fact black people and other people of color are being disproportionately harmed by COVID-19.
